Pricing FAQ
How do credits work?
Every AI-powered generation — a title/meta rewrite or a content-improvement suggestion — costs 1 credit, based on the real, current cost of the AI provider request behind it. So 1,000 credits is roughly 1,000 AI generations. Running a scan and seeing your AIO readiness score never costs credits, on any plan — only the AI suggestions do.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can keep scanning and scoring pages for free — that never uses credits. Generating new AI suggestions pauses until your balance renews (on your plan's next monthly credit grant) or you upgrade to a plan with more credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — each paid plan's monthly credit grant is a fresh allowance for that billing period, not a balance that accumulates indefinitely. The Free plan's 100 credits are a one-time starting grant rather than a recurring one, so they simply don't expire until used.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same plan, same limits, same monthly credit grant — annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper overall, paid as one upfront annual charge instead of 12 monthly ones. Credits are still granted every month throughout the year, not as a single lump sum at renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from Billing & usage — upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately, with Stripe prorating the difference. Switching between monthly and annual billing works the same way.
What happens if I exceed my page limit?
You won't be able to track a new page past your plan's limit until you free up a slot or upgrade to a plan with a higher page cap. Pages you're already tracking keep working normally.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — cancel from Billing & usage (via the Stripe-hosted billing portal) whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and any remaining credit balance stays usable.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and tracked pages stay exactly as they are — cancelling only stops future billing and credit grants, it doesn't delete anything. You'll drop back to the Free plan's limits at the end of your current period.
What if a payment fails?
We'll show a payment-failed notice on your Billing & usage page so you can update your card. Your access isn't cut off immediately — update your payment method there to keep your plan active.
How does team access work?
Every account is an organisation you can invite people into, up to your plan's team-member limit, with Owner, Admin, and Member roles. Members can generate AI suggestions; only Owners and Admins can approve and publish them.
Is the Enterprise price fixed at £199/mo?
£199/mo is a starting point, not a fixed self-serve price — Enterprise is sized to your actual usage (websites, pages, credits, team size) through a conversation with us, not an automatic checkout. Contact us and we'll quote a real number for your case.
Do you offer refunds?
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. For billing questions or an issue with a specific charge, contact us and we'll take a look.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, in GBP, for both monthly and annual billing.
