AIO Optimiser is operated by TaxQAI ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect through the AIO Optimiser web dashboard and WordPress plugin, why, and what your rights are over it.
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and organisation name.
When you add a site or page to track, we store its URL, and — each time you run a scan — the visible text of that page at the time of scanning, so we can score it and show you the result.
If you contact us through the website's contact form, we store the name, email address, and message you provide.
If you subscribe to a paid plan or buy credits, our payment processor Stripe collects your billing details directly — we only ever receive your email address and organisation name from Stripe, never your card details.
How we use it, and who else sees it
Scanning and scoring a page happens entirely on our own servers — no third party is involved. Only when you click "Generate rewrite suggestion" or "Generate suggestions" is that page's visible text sent to OpenAI's API to produce an AI suggestion. No account details (your name, email, or password) are ever included in that request — only the text of the specific page you're generating a suggestion for. Billing is handled by Stripe. Our application and database run on Railway and Vercel. We don't use any analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies
We set exactly one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It's httpOnly (not readable by page scripts), expires after 7 days, and contains nothing but an internal account identifier — no tracking or advertising cookies are set anywhere on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and site data for as long as your account is active. We don't yet have a self-service "delete my account" button — if you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us at contact@taxqai.co.uk and we'll action it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email contact@taxqai.co.uk.
Children
AIO Optimiser is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
