These terms govern your use of AIO Optimiser (the web dashboard and WordPress plugin, together the "Service"), operated by TaxQAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
AIO Optimiser scans web pages you submit, scores them against a set of AI-search readiness signals, and can generate AI-suggested improvements for you to review and approve. Nothing is published to your website without your explicit approval, and — for pages connected via our WordPress plugin — a further explicit publish action.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys you generate confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at contact@taxqai.co.uk if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may only submit pages and sites you own or are otherwise authorised to scan. You agree not to use the Service to scan or attempt to access a site without authorisation, to abuse or overload the Service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
AI-generated suggestions
AI-suggested titles, meta descriptions, and content are generated to be grounded in the text of the page you're scanning. We run a best-effort check that flags any number, date, or name in a suggestion that we couldn't verify appears on your page — but this is not a guarantee of accuracy, and it will not catch every kind of error. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before approving or publishing it; we are not liable for consequences of publishing AI-generated content you approved without adequate review.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Credits granted by a subscription or a one-time top-up are consumed as you use AI-powered features and are non-refundable once consumed. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing & usage; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and any remaining credit balance stays usable but won't be topped up again until you resubscribe.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to change or discontinue features from time to time.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses arising from AI-generated content you chose to approve or publish.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
