Generating and approving AI rewrites
Once a page has a completed scan, the AI rewrite suggestion section can draft a new title and meta description for it. See how AI rewrites work for the safety mechanisms behind this; this page covers the practical steps.
Generating a suggestion
On a page with a completed scan, click Generate rewrite suggestion. This uses one of your account's credits and takes a few seconds. When it's ready, you'll see your current title and meta description side by side with the suggested versions.
Reviewing flagged terms
If the suggestion contains a number, date, or name that couldn't be verified against your page's real content, it's listed explicitly as an unverified term before you approve. This isn't necessarily wrong — but it's worth a second look before you commit to it.
Approving or rejecting
Approve accepts the suggestion as the record on file. Reject discards it, and you can generate a fresh one immediately. Only an account owner or admin can approve or reject — if you're a plain team member, you can still generate suggestions for review.
Publishing it
On the web dashboard, approving marks a suggestion as the accepted version of record but doesn't change your live site — you apply it yourself. If you've connected the WordPress plugin, an approved rewrite can be published to your live post directly from wp-admin with one click; see Connecting the WordPress plugin.
